2025 Boise Hawks Ticket Sales Internship

The Boise Hawks are seeking an enthusiastic and customer service minded individual to join the Ticket Sales Department as a Sales Intern. 

The Sales Intern will handle a mixture of ticket sales and operations in the office. This individual will primarily assist in handling inbound and outbound calls, to renew accounts and generate new business. This individual will also be responsible for selling and coordinating group outings at the ballpark including but not limited to Birthdays, Churches, Little Leagues, and Scout Nights. 

The internship will begin in February and last through the end of the 2025 season.

Essential Duties and responsibilities:

• Develop new ticket customers and maintain a positive relationship with current ticket holders including answering questions, troubleshooting, taking and following through on orders, delivering tickets, and arranging for invoicing. 
• Responsible for maximizing revenue through the sales of Hawks, Baseball ticket packages including Season Tickets, Group Tickets, Party Areas and Premium Seating.
• Cold calling companies and introducing them to available ticket packages with the Hawks. 
• Actively prospect and research new sales leads.
• Deal with inbound calls and leads in a consultative manner and help place them into a plan that best fits their needs. 
• Conduct in-person appointments with the goal of driving new season ticket revenue.
• Understand and effectively meet or exceed individual and team ticket goals by prospecting for new inside/outside sales accounts through cold calls/e-mail/text targeting individuals and corporate/youth sports/church/scout organizations. 
• Develop and enhance positive relationships with clients through a high level of contact in social settings or by taking full advantage of other relationship building or entertainment opportunities. 
• Work games and other outside events to support ticket sales initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned. 

This is a paid internship while also being able to earn college credit.
