Accessible Parking & Seating
All parking lots surrounding Memorial Stadium offer spaces for guests with disabilities. All entrances to Memorial Stadium are ADA accessible. ADA seating is available throughout the ballpark and can be requested in-person or over the phone for all Hawks games. For assistance reserving ADA seating, please contact us at 208-322-5000.
Alcohol
Idaho state liquor laws prohibit guests from bringing alcohol beverages into Memorial Stadium. The only alcohol permitted on the premises must be purchased and/or dispensed by authorized servers. Idaho State Law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to any person under the age of 21. All guests will be required to show approved identification. Only government-issued identification that is currently valid (not expired) and contains the following will be accepted: Name of Person, Photograph, Physical Description, and Date of Birth. No guest will be served more than two alcoholic beverages at any given time. Alcohol beverage sales on the concourse level will be cut off at the first pitch of the 8th inning during a baseball game.
Animals
Only properly identified service animals are permitted at Memorial Stadium, unless for official dog-friendly Boise Hawks games which are outlined on our promotional schedule each season.
Autographs
Fans may gather for autographs along the First Base Line before and after the game. Players are not permitted to sign autographs during the game. Please keep in mind that players must focus on their jobs, so please respect their judgment on signing or not signing autographs before or after the game.
Baby Changing Areas
Changing tables are available in the Home Plate men's and women's restrooms throughout the ballpark.
Broadcast
Fans may listen to the Boise Hawks Network via BoiseHawks.com with a live video/audio stream of each home game. Road games will be streamed (audio only) on the Boise Hawks’ Facebook Live page.
Cameras & Video Equipment
Individual cameras and handheld video cameras are permitted in Memorial Stadium for Boise Hawks games. Fans may not reproduce or live stream the game without the written consent of the Boise Hawks or interfere with other fans' enjoyment or view of the game.
Conduct
Any patron(s) displaying the following conduct will be subject to ejection from the ballpark: 1) interfering with other guests' ability to enjoy the game; 2) wearing obscene or indecent clothing; 3) appearing impaired/intoxicated; 4) interfering with the progress of the game or
going on to the field without a credential or prior authorization (also subject to arrest); 5) the use of foul and/or obscene language directed at players, umpires, other baseball personnel, and/or other fans. Dugouts
Fans are not permitted on the dugout tops at any time unless they are participating in an in-game promotion and are escorted by an Hawks employee. This applies to before, during and after games and all other events.
Exit & Re-Entry
Fans may exit and re-enter the ballpark so long as they check-in with a Ticket Taker on their way out and check-in with that same ticket when re-entering Memorial Stadium.

Please be advised that items sent through the mail to be signed are done so at your own risk. Enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope along with the item that you would like autographed. Though reasonable precautions will be taken, the Boise Hawks players, management and staff are not responsible if an item is not returned.
First Aid
Fans in need of First Aid should contact their nearest Boise Hawks employee or report to Guest Services on the First Base concourse.
Foul Balls
Foul balls hit into the stands are yours to keep, courtesy of the Boise Hawks. Please stay alert at all times.
Gates Open
Stadium gates open 45 minutes prior to the scheduled game time. The VIP Season Ticket Holder Gate opens one hour prior to the scheduled game time.
Guest Services
The Guest Services Booth is located on the First Base Concourse. Stop by with any questions or concerns you might have.
Ice Chests & Coolers
Hard shell coolers, cooler boxes, soft-sided coolers, collapsible cooler bags and/or totes will not be permitted in the ballpark. The only exceptions would be for an attendee's medicine or
breastmilk for an attending child that must remain cool for the duration of the game or event. Please note, those coolers may be subject to a visual inspection prior to entering the ballpark.
Lawn Chairs
All types of lawn chairs are prohibited at Memorial Stadium. Seat cushions are also allowed at the ballpark.
Lost & Found
During games, lost and found is located at Guest Services, on the First Base Concourse. If you lost an item at the ballpark, please call 208-322-5000 to report the item missing or to pick up the lost item during regular business hours. After 30 days, unclaimed items will be donated to a local charity.
Lost Children
If you lose your child during a Hawks game, immediately contact the nearest Boise Hawks employee or visit Guest Services.
Outside Food
The only outside food and/or beverage items allowed are one factory-sealed 16.9 fluid ounce clear bottle of water. Water fountains are available throughout Memorial Stadium to refill water bottles, if needed.
Paging
The public address system at Memorial Stadium will be used for paging in extreme cases only. Those needing to page someone should report to Guest Services on the First Base Concourse.
Parking
Parking is complimentary at Memorial Stadium. Season Seat Holders have the opportunity to purchase VIP Parking prior to the season.
Permitted and Prohibited Items
Smoking or vaping is not permitted at any time in the park.
Permitted items:
- Cameras (no tri or uni pods)
- Plastic baby bottles
- Diaper bags
- Binoculars
- Strollers (non folding strollers can be stored at guest relations)
Prohibited items:
- Outside food or beverage (medical exceptions)
- Firearms, projectiles or weapons of any kind
- Air horns, bullhorns or other noise makers
- Animals (exceptions for service animals and approved events)
- Inflatables of any kind
- Skateboards or roller blades
- Folding chairs or stools
- Squit guns
- Laser devices or pointers
Backpacks, purses or bags are subject to search by the stadium security. Other items may be added to list without notice at discretion of the ballpark staff.
Posters
Fans are free to create and bring in posters, however, posters cannot obtain profane or inappropriate material, block the view of other fans, be affixed to any railing or surface, or cover any Memorial Stadium sponsor signage. It is at the venue’s discretion of what may be appropriate for the environment or event.
Promotional Items
On promotional nights with limited quantities, fans with a single ticket will receive one item per person.
Rainout Policy
In the event that five innings of the game are not played (or 4 ½ innings if the Hawks are winning), a fan's ticket will be good for any future current regular season home game and can be exchanged at the Boise Hawks ticket office for a ticket and parking pass of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. Decisions on inclement weather are made by the umpires, in conjunction with Boise Hawks staff. Any decision on inclement weather will be posted on the Boise Hawks social media channels as they are being made.
Restrooms
Both men's and women's restrooms are located throughout the ballpark. Restrooms can be found underneath the Home Plate Reserved Seat section and on the extreme ends of Memorial Stadium.
Security
For the safety of our fans, all items carried into Memorial Stadium are subject to search. No remote-controlled vehicles including cars and unmanned aircraft (drones) are authorized to operate on Boise Hawks property without the consent of the organization. A full, but not limited, outline of our prohibited items can be found at each entrance.
Smoking Policy
Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any areas inside Memorial Stadium.
Strollers
We welcome strollers at Memorial Stadium. Please make sure they can be folded up and placed under your seat during the game or please find a Boise Hawks employee to locate a designated storage area on the main concourse. For events will field access, strollers will not be allowed on to the field. Please find the nearest usher or visit Guest Services for a place to store your stroller while you are on the field.
Tailgating
Tailgating is allowed in Memorial Stadium parking lots before Hawks games and many other events at the ballpark. However, you must stay confined to one parking space per vehicle.
Ticket Refunds
All individual game ticket sales are final and are not subject to refund or exchange. Single game tickets cannot be replaced if lost or destroyed. The Boise Hawks are not affiliated in any way with third party ticket vendors and cannot validate any ticket purchase through third-party sites. To guarantee all purchased tickets are valid at entry, purchase tickets via BoiseHawks.com, or through the Memorial Stadium Box Office.
Tryouts
Tryouts are held prior to the Boise Hawks season beginning. There are no open tryouts being held at Memorial Stadium during the season. The Pioneer Baseball League hosts various tryouts and tryout camps throughout the year, visit PioneerBaseball.com for information.
Umbrellas
Umbrellas can only be used in the ballpark to shield rain and cannot be used to block the sun.
Water Fountains
Water fountains are located next to all restrooms throughout the ballpark.
Weapons
For the safety of all guests, weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited at Memorial Stadium. The only exception is sworn law enforcement personnel. Guests wishing to enter the stadium for a game or event consent to a reasonable search for weapons before entering. Failure to comply with the above conditions will be denied admittance or may be ejected. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed in such an event.
